Environmental reports can be submitted in several ways, in particular:
- by filling in the online form (under construction);
- by filling in the standard form attached and submitting it through one of the following channels:
- to the certified email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This method can only be used by users who have a certified e-mail address and the message has the legal value of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
- to the email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- by fax to the number: +39 099 4706877
- by ordinary mail to the Port System Authority of the Ionian Sea - Port of Taranto or by hand delivery.
In all cases, reports must contain the name, surname and contact details of the person submitting the report, together with an identity document. However, it will no longer be possible to submit reports by telephone. After submitting the report, the Authority will decide whether:
- to schedule an inspection,
- to ask for information from the competent bodies for certain issues
- to respond based on information already available.
