PORT OF TARANTO, 24 SETTEMBRE 2024 - The Port Network Authority of the Ionian Sea has issued a Public Selection Notice, available on the Performance Portal (https://performance.gov.it/avviso-pubblico-di-selezione-comparativa/63cb9b4f-feb8-4c49-abe1-466a258e3f90) intends to proceed, pursuant to Article 14 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 150 of 2009, with the process for the identification of the Independent Performance Evaluation Body (OIV) for three years, The appointed Body will fulfil the duties provided for by Italian Legislative Decree no. 150 of 2009, Italian Law no. 190 of 2012, Italian Legislative Decree no. 33 of 2013 and Italian Presidential Decree no. 105 of 2016.
