Public notice concerning the applications for the state maritime property concession Molo Polisettoriale (Multipurpose Pier) of the Port of Taranto.

On January 22nd, 2018, the Port Network Authority of the Ionian Sea - Port of Taranto has published a public notice concerning the applications submitted by the Consortium Southgate Europe Terminal and the South Marine Gate Srl for the state maritime property concession pertaining the use of a portion of the quay and back area at the “Molo Polisettoriale” (Multipurpose Pier) of the Port of Taranto.

Further competing applications, oppositions and observations must be sent to the Port Network Authority of the Ionian Sea by the deadline of forty-five days from 22.01.2018 to 07.03.2018. The applications for concession must refer to the occupation and use - whether it is total or partial - of the compendium called “Molo Polisettoriale” (Multipurpose Pier) in its current condition, for the purpose of developing commercial trade and logistics, with particular reference to the handling of containers together with the handling of general cargo and ro-ro, according to the usage function indicated in the adopted PRP (Port Masterplan).
