PORT STAFFING PLAN AND OPERATIONAL ACTION PLAN

PORT STAFFING PLAN

The Port Staffing Plan is prepared by the Port System Authority in compliance with Article 8, paragraph 3, letter s-bis of Law 84/94, which provides for its adoption "...on the basis of the business plans, staffing levels and work requirements communicated by the companies referred to in Articles 16 and 18 and the staff of the entity referred to in Article 17". In addition to what is defined by the regulation, due to specific local conditions, the Port of Taranto Staffing Plan also included in the mapping the company authorised under Article 19 of Law 84/94 and the Port work administration and vocational training agency set up under Article 4 of Law Decree no. 243/2016 converted into Law no. 18 of 27 February 2017.
The Plan is valid for three years and identifies the job requirements of the companies operating in the port.

Port of Taranto staffing plan 2019– 2021

OPERATIONAL ACTION PLAN

The Port Work Operational Action Plan is prepared by the Port System Authority in compliance with article 8, paragraph 3-bis, of Law 84/94, which provides for its adoption on the basis of what is defined in the Port Staffing Plan.
The operational action plan, in accordance with the results of the analysis of staffing needs and the findings of the port's staffing plan, identifies the training actions aimed at vocational training for the retraining or re-skilling and relocation of port workers.
