The Three-Year Operational Plan (POT) is the Port System Authority's strategic, organizational, and operational planning document, as required by Article 9, paragraph 5, letter b) of Law 84/94. This document embodies the new strategic and positioning direction of the Port of Taranto; it is the result of an intense period of work and observation that began with my appointment as Extraordinary Commissioner in June 2025, and continued and intensified with my subsequent appointment as President of the Ionian Sea Port System Authority (AdSP MI) in November last year. The document has been carried forward thanks to the positive synergy with the members of the Management Committee established in December 2025.
